Double Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Sumit Bapna, a Cleveland native, is a distinguished facial plastic surgeon known for his exceptional training and expertise. He earned his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) through a competitive 6-year BS/MD program, where he also served as president of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Dr. Bapna completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and further specialized through a prestigious fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in San Francisco under the guidance of leading experts.

Dual board-certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Bapna specializes in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including rhinoplasty, facelifts, and minimally invasive treatments like neuromodulators and dermal fillers. He is also a respected author and educator, contributing to the field through medical publications and training other physicians in advanced injection techniques.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Bapna is a devoted husband and father, deeply involved in his local community. TIFFANEY SHIRK

Certified Nurse Practitioner

Tiffaney Shirk is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for facial aesthetics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University in 2005 and went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University New Orleans in 2010. As a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Tiffaney has undergone advanced training under Dr. Louis Malcmacher, the AAFE president.

Specializing in the intersection of beauty and advanced medical technology, Tiffaney has extensive experience with a wide range of injectables, including products from Allergan, Galderma, and Merz. After relocating from Cleveland, where she honed her skills at Anew Medspa, she joined Ohio Facial Plastics in 2017. Since then, she has completed one-on-one training with Dr. Sumit Bapna, focusing on minimally invasive techniques for facial rejuvenation.

Outside of her professional life, Tiffaney enjoys staying active through workouts and cherishes spending time with her husband and three children.

SARAH SIVINSKI

MPAS, Physician Assistant-Certified

Sarah Sivinski is an accomplished Physician Assistant with a deep-seated expertise in aesthetic medicine. A Columbus, Ohio native, she earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Ohio University before pursuing her Master’s in Medical Science and Physician Assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, Florida, graduating in 2016.

Following her graduate studies, Sarah further specialized by completing a prestigious fellowship in dermatology with Advanced Dermatology. In 2021, she joined Dr. Bapna’s practice, where she has excelled in aesthetic medicine and post-operative care. Her extensive knowledge of injectables, facial anatomy, and laser procedures, combined with her unwavering focus on patient-centered care, has earned her a reputation for achieving natural, beautiful results that enhance her patients’ confidence and well-being.
Passionate about staying at the forefront of industry advancements, Sarah integrates the latest technologies and techniques into her practice, ensuring her patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys traveling with her fiancé, Joey, and exploring new destinations with their puppy, Stella. When she’s not on an adventure, she is dedicated to maintaining an active lifestyle, frequently attending her local Lagree studio or walking to meet her daily step goals.

KATRINA RUTHERFORD

Licensed Medical Esthetician

Katrina earned her managing estheticians license in 2008. Now as a medical esthetician at Bapna Facial Plastics, she specializes in providing advance skincare treatments and aesthetic services with a focus on achieving exceptional result and enhancing patient confidence. With 10 years of experience in the field, she is dedicated to delivering personalized care and utilizing new techniques to address a variety of skin concerns. Her approach is in both science and artistry, ensuring that each treatment aligns with the highest standards and efficacy.

She has continued her education and licensing in the fields of permanent cosmetics, electrolysis, and laser hair removal.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and outdoor adventures.

Eva is a dynamic business administrator at our office, bringing over 20 years of diverse experience to the team. With 18 years as a dental assistant, Eva honed exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering attention to detail, making patients feel at ease while ensuring that every aspect of their care is meticulously managed. Previously, Eva served as an executive assistant to a CEO, where strong communication and problem-solving skills were essential. Now in her second year at our practice, Eva seamlessly blends organization and compassion, creating a welcoming environment for both patients and team alike.

Outside of work, Eva is a devoted wife to John and a proud mom to three energetic boys—Julian, Eli, and Logan. The family enjoys spending time together outdoors, whether it's hiking scenic trails, embarking on family bike rides, or indulging in their love for glamping. Known for being kind, caring, and reliable, Eva approaches every day with a smile, making a lasting impact not only in the office but also in the lives of those they touch.

Kate Wise is a dedicated and experienced Patient Care Coordinator at Bapna Facial Plastics, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless patient experiences. With a strong background in healthcare management, Kate excels in coordinating patient care, managing schedules, and facilitating clear communication between patients and medical staff.

At Bapna Facial Plastics, Kate is known for her compassionate approach, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex situations with ease. She is particularly passionate about educating patients, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with their care plans. Kate’s commitment to providing personalized care makes each patient feel supported throughout their treatment journey.

Kate holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and is a licensed medical esthetician. Her academic background, combined with her hands-on expertise, allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to patient care.

Prior to joining Bapna Facial Plastics, Kate honed her skills in various healthcare settings, where she developed a deep understanding of patient needs and the importance of a patient-centered approach.

In her free time, Kate values time spent with family and friends, especially her husband, Justin, and their two children, Grace and Brody. Her love for family complements her professional passion for patient care, making her an empathetic healthcare professional.

Annie joined Dr. Bapna's practice in 2023 and brings years of experience in aesthetics to her role as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is passionate about guiding patients through their surgical journey from start to finish. Whether it’s answering questions, coordinating treatments, or simply providing a comforting presence, Annie assists in every aspect of patient care. Her goal is to ensure that every patient feels supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process.
After graduating from the University of Kentucky, Annie moved to Los Angeles and discovered her love for aesthetics. The dynamic and ever-evolving nature of the industry fascinates her, and she finds great fulfillment in helping patients achieve their goals. Annie takes pride in being a reliable resource for patients, whether it’s helping them understand complex procedures, managing the logistics of their surgery, or providing reassurance when they need it most.

Outside of work, Annie enjoys playing pickleball, exploring new sushi spots, and spending quality time with her dog, Murphy, as well as her family and friends.

With a passion for fostering exceptional patient experiences, Missy serves as a dedicated Patient Coordinator at Bapna Facial Plastics. Bringing 7 years of experience in healthcare administration and patient management. Prior to working for Dr. Sumit Bapna, Missy managed at several Kenneth’s Hair Salon and Day Spa Locations. Missy excels in streamlining processes, ensuring effective communication, and delivering personalized care that meets each patient’s unique needs.

Missy’s role encompasses coordinating the schedule and ensuring each patient is taken care of. Her favorite task is making sure the providers and the patients have a personal efficient appointment that works for everyone. Missy considers most patients her “friends” and enjoys chatting with everyone.

Outside of work Missy has been married to her husband Gregg for 30 years, and they have 3 beautiful daughters, Kelly, Annie, and Aidan. Spending time with extended family is most important to her.

With a degree in Psychology from Wright State University, Morgan brings a blend of expertise and empathy to her role at the Front desk and Social Media Coordinator. Her extensive experience in the beauty industry and customer service field has honed her ability to help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients. She is passionate about leveraging her skills to enhance client experiences and engage audiences through effective social media strategies.

Outside of work, Morgan is an avid artist who finds joy in creating and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and cat Onyx.
